Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SphereBytes Institute of Technology (SBIT). By accessing or using our website, services, student portal, examination portal, certification services, or any affiliated branch services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms

  • SphereBytes Institute of Technology (SBIT) is an educational training organization providing computer education, examinations, certification programs, and franchise-based branch services.
  • By enrolling in any course, examination, or certification program, the student agrees to comply with all institutional rules and policies.

2. Student Enrollment & Course Completion

  • Students must complete their course at their registered branch.
  • Attendance, assignments, and internal assessments must be completed as per branch rules.
  • Certification will only be issued after successful completion of:
    • Course duration
    • Examination
    • Required formalities
  • Students may download digital certificates through the official portal (if applicable).
  • SBIT reserves the right to withhold certification if academic or administrative requirements are not fulfilled.

3. Examination Policy

  • Examination fees are mandatory and non-transferable.
  • Once registered for an examination, fees cannot be refunded or adjusted.
  • Students must appear on the scheduled examination date.
  • Re-examination fees apply if a student fails or is absent.

4. Fees & Payment Policy

  • All course fees, examination fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
  • Wallet balances, cashback, or promotional credits:
    • Cannot be transferred to another student.
    • Cannot be converted into cash.
    • Cannot be refunded.
  • Any cashback credited to branch wallets remains under institutional policy and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

5. No Refund Policy

SBIT follows a strict no refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Student withdrawal from course
  • Discontinuation due to personal reasons
  • Failure in examination
  • Non-attendance
  • Migration to another institution
  • Wallet balance remaining unused

Once payment is made, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, logos, branding, website content, digital certificates, and examination formats are the intellectual property of SphereBytes Institute of Technology.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or misuse may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SBIT shall not be held responsible for student negligence.
  • SBIT is not responsible for technical issues beyond institutional control.
  • SBIT is not liable for personal losses due to course discontinuation.
  • SBIT is not responsible for misuse of certification by third parties.

8. Modification of Terms

SBIT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website, course enrollment, examinations, certifications, payments, wallet transactions, or any services provided by SphereBytes Institute of Technology (SBIT) shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolar, Karnataka, India.
