Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy governs shipment, documentation dispatch, digital certificate access, and service fulfillment provided by SphereBytes Institute of Technology (SBIT).

1. Certificate & Document Dispatch

Certificates, mark sheets, ID cards, and other academic documents may be:

  • Issued physically via authorized courier services.
  • Made available digitally through the official student portal.

Digital certificates, if provided, are considered officially valid unless otherwise specified by institutional policy.

2. Courier Responsibility

  • Once the document is dispatched, responsibility shifts to the courier service provider.
  • SBIT is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
  • Loss, theft, or damage during transit is the responsibility of the courier provider.
  • Tracking details will be shared with the student or branch where applicable.

3. Re-Issue of Lost Documents

  • If certificates or documents are lost, misplaced, or damaged after dispatch, the student must formally apply for re-issue.
  • Applicable re-issue fees must be paid before processing.
  • No free re-dispatch or complimentary replacement will be made.
  • Re-issued certificates may carry a “Duplicate” marking as per institutional policy.

4. Damaged Items

  • SBIT ensures proper packaging and handling before dispatch.
  • Minor transit damage does not qualify for refund or replacement.
  • No refund will be issued for damaged printed materials once dispatched.

5. Incorrect Address

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the student, SBIT will not be responsible for delivery failure.
  • In such cases, the student must bear re-shipping charges.
  • No refund will be processed due to incorrect address submission.

6. Service Fulfillment Timeline

  • Digital certificates are generally issued after successful course and examination completion.
  • Physical document dispatch timelines may vary depending on administrative processing and courier schedules.
  • SBIT does not guarantee exact delivery timelines once dispatched.

7. Institutional Rights

SBIT reserves the right to verify student eligibility before issuing certificates or documents. Dispatch may be withheld if academic, financial, or administrative requirements are pending.

Note: By enrolling in any course or service, the student agrees to this Fulfillment Policy and acknowledges institutional dispatch procedures.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website, course enrollment, examinations, certifications, payments, wallet transactions, or any services provided by SphereBytes Institute of Technology (SBIT) shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolar, Karnataka, India.
