Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 21-02-2026

SphereBytes Institute of Technology (SBIT) maintains a transparent and strict cancellation and refund policy applicable to all students, branches, and affiliated services.

1. Course Fee Policy

  • All fees paid towards admission, course registration, examination, certification, or any academic service are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund will be processed under the following circumstances:
    • Student discontinues the course.
    • Student fails examination.
    • Student changes branch.
    • Student shifts to another institution.

2. Examination Fee

  • Examination registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Absence from examination does not qualify for refund.
  • Re-examination requires payment of applicable re-exam fees.

3. Wallet & Cashback Policy

  • Student wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Cashback credits cannot be converted into cash.
  • Branch wallet adjustments remain final and cannot be reversed or withdrawn as cash.

4. Cancellation by Institution

In rare circumstances, if SBIT cancels a program before commencement, the management may decide on adjustment or credit issuance at its sole discretion.

5. Payment Errors

In case of duplicate payment due to technical error, the student must notify the administration within 48 hours of the transaction.

After verification, the management may process adjustment or correction as deemed appropriate.

Note: Once payment is successfully processed and confirmed, it shall not be refunded under any circumstances except verified technical errors.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website, course enrollment, examinations, certifications, payments, wallet transactions, or any services provided by SphereBytes Institute of Technology (SBIT) shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolar, Karnataka, India.
